A drum of polished marble, left bare from top to bottom with no ring or visible fitting: the Crotone marble pendant light is as simple as a lighting piece gets, and its veining runs from edge to edge without ever repeating from one pendant to the next.
Lit, the light falls mostly from the bottom of the drum and lays a warm halo on the surface below, while the finest veins glow through the stone. It is an accent light rather than general lighting.
One compact size, 12 cm (4.7 in) across and 15 cm (5.9 in) tall, fits above a nightstand, the end of a counter or an entry console, and it comes into its own installed at regular intervals along a kitchen island, where the line of drums makes the effect.
